Influence and Interest Map

To ensure tailored communication and an appropriate level of stakeholder engagement, I created a stakeholder map to identify who was most influential to the project, as well as their interest level. This grouped stakeholders into classifications such as: manage closely, keep informed, monitor and keep satisfied.

Grouping stakeholders helped when planning communications and determining who should be involved in agile ceremonies.
